House rules

Please observe the following rules to ensure that your stay is enjoyable:

general

Please use the facilities properly and leave the apartment in a clean condition.

smoking & vaping: only permitted on the balcony or terrace.

pets: not allowed

parties: not allowed

quiet hours: No noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. (especially on the balcony or terrace).

commercial photography & filming: not allowed.

online check-in & visitor registration: please complete before arrival.

waste separation & cleaning

Please separate your waste:

plastic & cans in the yellow bag

organic and residual waste in the residual waste bin (under the sink)

please collect glass, paper & cardboard separately

full containers can be emptied into the bins outside (under the stairs).

cleaning utensils (broom, dustpan, mop) can be found in the apartment.

check-out

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.

Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.

Leave the refrigerator empty.

Close all windows and doors.

Please remove the bed linen and place it on the bed.

Violations of the house rules will be punished with a fine of €400 and, if necessary, compensation for damages.
