Beautiful, quiet location of the like-new apartment near the village center. Short walking distance to local shops (bakery, Spar supermarket, bistro, etc.). Very nice restaurants can be found in Linz (10–15 minutes by car). Great location for cycling tours (Danube Cycle Path, Traun Cycle Path, Almtal Cycle Path, Steyr Cycle Path, Lipno Reservoir), as well as for hiking in the Mühlviertel region and the Bohemian Forest. The host responds very quickly and is very attentive.

The apartment is not only excellently equipped and new, but also shows great attention to detail! We felt comfortable very quickly. Everything is very cozy and clean. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The proximity to Linz is an advantage, and overall the apartment offers a great starting point for various activities.
